The next step is for our Licensed Home Builder to schedule an appointment to tour your home and discuss the details of your PUNCH LIST.  

We will submit a written Bid for Service to you detailing our working plan of action, cost of the job and a timeline for completion.  If everything is acceptable to you, simply sign and return the Bid so a job start date can be confirmed.
